Note, I just installed this last night, so will try to update review in a few months. Installation was easy and very straight forward. My water isn’t super hard but we do get scaling deposits on shower heads, dishes in dishwasher are a little cloudy, so that is my goal for the Yarna. We also have a ground source heat pump that heats our house by running our well water through it so I want to reduce any scaling I can to protect that also. We have that unit flushed every 2 years to remove deposits so this should certainly minimize that also.

I live in an apartment that had bad hard water causing limescale build-up everywhere. I did some research and found this item. Was a little skeptical at first but it works great. For those who use the TDS meter to check if this is working, you're doing the wrong thing. All it does is breaking apart large solids into smaller sizes and that's all you need. Way better than the salt and this seems to last long without any additional cost. Highly recommended for those who suffer from limescale buildup on moisturizers and bad hair due to the hard water.

I bought this as the first step in cleaning up my water, next will be a whole house filter and maybe a uv light. This installed very easy with the wide bands instead if the wires as on other systems. I am hoping it will start cleaning my pipes of years of scale buildup.

Super easy to install, bought two one for my son and one for myself. Son instantly noticed a change in his water, he lives in a new home. I on the other hand live in a 70 year old house, it took longer for us to notice the changes, but it does help similar to a water softener without the softener's draw backs.

This thing works!!! It started working as soon as we hooked it up which took just minutes. The feel of the water has improved - less calcium scale buildup on absolutely everything - THANK YOU Yarna for making a great product!!!

Since this system was installed on a well water, the water is GREAT, taste, laundry, 90% less spots on dishes, and very little to NO stain in toilets, sink, shower. Feel much cleaner after shower. So much cheaper then $1,700 quoted by water companies, less then $700 and easy to install, no salt, and no monthly cost or maintenance other than draining the brass pre filter if needed. No issues with the product until I tried to install the replacement gaskets that were sent a few weeks after the purchase. When I tried to remove the screw, it kept spinning in place and appears to have broken off the washer inside the housing and can't be removed or tightened anymore. I contacted the company for a replacement and I'm still awaiting to hear back from them.

The filter was a 2020 christmas present for my parents who live in the Wisconsin Country. They sometime have to clean the faucet screens and sometime the toilet runs. They will be installing the filter and we will let you know.
